Safer staircases with Graepel safety rungs and Graepel Gripp stairs

Unfortunately, the number of accidents at work has not decreased in the last few years, even if the market offers better and better products to ensure safer and more comfortable working conditions. Due to carelessness, or to the lack of knowledge of the available equipments, people do not always make the most of the existing possibilities.
Graepel anti-slip gratings give their considerable contribution to avoid slipping hazard – a kind of accident that still exceed 20% of the total accidents at work. High-risk situations require a high level of safety.
Graepel rungs satisfy the more strict requirements, and complete a programme of anti-slip gratings, which includes climbing steps for motor vehicles, steps for staircases to be used in industrial or civil environments, gratings for walkways, fixing elements.

Graepel, expert in the field of safety under feet, offers three standard types of rungs:

Mild or stainless steel, 2 mm thickness, 30 mm height, 60 mm width, 500 mm length, round butts for welding between two 1” and 1/2" pipes 500 mm approx. far from each other. The front side has a 7 mm (approx.) inwards bending.

Mild steel 2 mm thickness, Stainless steel 1,5 mm thickness, Aluminium 2,5 mm thickness, 30 mm height, 50 mm width.
20 mm diameter upwards looking countersunk round holes.
The front side has a 7 mm (approx.) inwards bending.
Round butts for welding between two 1” e 1/2" pipes. 

Available lengths: 234 / 284 / 334 / 384 / 434 / 484 / 534 or 2.000 mm bars.		 Mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium 2 mm thickness, 30 mm height, 22,5 mm width.
2.000 mm bars, or 308 mm ready-made rungs with round butts for welding between two pipes 300 mm far from each other are available.
4 mm upwards looking countersunk round holes.


Steps
we have always available on stock the following steps:
- Graepel Gripp and Tondo 2S, 2 mm thickness, 40 mm height, 240 mm width, 500/600/700/800/900/1000 mm length, hot-dip galvanized mild steel;
- Ready-made Graepel Gripp step, 2 mm thickness, 50 mm height, 300 mm width, 1200 mm length, hot-dip galvanized mild steel.
